In 2004, the first version of JobSearchReality was developed from a simple brief:  Create a unique job search training and support program, that would significantly increase a person's chances of obtaining employment.

To achieve this aim, a comprehensive yet simple to understand series of learning modules was created. The quality of material presented equals, and in many cases exceeds, that found in training programs costing several thousands of dollars more. As proof of this, one version of JobSearchReality forms the basis of an outplacement program (employer sponsored training for staff made redundant).

JobSearchReality was created and is continuously upgraded, by executive recruiters, career counselors and employers. It provides hard hitting advice, techniques and tools packaged into a unique "system". By following this system, jobseekers are able to mount an effective job search campaign. It is equally effective whether you are a blue collar worker, or a managing director.   

For 2006, JobSearchReality has been significantly upgraded and is now a full LMS (Learning Management System). It utilises a variety of techniques to simplify and enhance the learning experience such as voice narration, video clips, re-inforcement tools and active participation.
