workingconnections is a provider of services for mature workseekers and the businesses wise enough to employ them. workingconnections is a division of ARPA Over 50s Association Ltd, a national, not-for-profit, independent seniors organisation and has been operating out of its Melbourne head office under this name since 2002.

In 2006 a special version of JobSearchReality was created for workingconnections as we recognise their expertise in providing services, advice and support to mature aged jobseekers.
